Zamar Freedom Psychiatry offers both self-pay services and insurance-based care. Our goal is to make high-quality psychiatric care accessible and flexible for every patient.
Self-Pay Fees
Initial Psychiatric Evaluation (60 minutes) - $250
Comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
Follow-Up Medication Management (30 minutes) - $150
Medication management and ongoing treatment support.
Brief Follow-Up (15 minutes) - $90
For stable patients requiring shorter check-ins.
Payment is due at the time of service.
We accept debit, credit, and HSA/FSA cards.

If you prefer to use insurance, you will be connected with the appropriate platform during the intake process to verify eligibility and schedule your appointment.
This allows you to receive care using your insurance benefits while still working with Zamar Freedom Psychiatry.
Out-of-Network Option (keep but modify)
If you choose self-pay, we can provide a superbill upon request that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
Please contact your insurance provider to learn about your out-of-network mental health benefits.
Cancellation Policy & No-Show Policy
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a $100 fee.
We understand that life happens.
Good Faith Estimate (No Surprises Act)
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of medical care.
You may request a written estimate before scheduling services.
